COVID-19 vaccine
From 21st December 2024 to 30th September 2025, COVID-19 vaccination will only be available to eligible individuals if deemed necessary by a doctor.
The assessment can be made by your doctor, a hospital doctor, or a specialist.
Who can get a COVID-19 vaccination?
You will be offered a vaccination if a doctor assesses that:
- You have a severely weakened immune system.
- You have undergone a stem cell transplant and are able to complete three vaccinations within three months.
- Your child under the age of five requires vaccination. A paediatrician will be responsible for the examination and assessment.
How to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment
If your doctor, hospital doctor or specialist determines that you need a COVID-19 vaccination, they will ensure that you are referred for vaccination.

Where can I get a COVID-19 vaccination?
Vaccinations are administered on selected days at one of Region Zealand’s three local clinics, located in Kalundborg, Nakskov, and Nykøbing Sjælland.

Influenza Vaccination
From 21 December 2024 to 30 September 2025, free public influenza vaccinations will not be available.
If you wish to be vaccinated against influenza, you must contact a private provider offering influenza vaccinations. This service you have to pay yourself.
